The Cantab Lounge

Welp, I just got back to the Neck after visiting a lot of close friends and family up in New England! Had the opportunity to pick a few tunes over at the Cantab Lounge in Cambridge; had a lot of fun over at Geoff Bartley’s Monday Night Open Mic there. Can’t wait to get up to New England again soon! Here’s “Busted Blues” and “Broken Shards“!

Add One Back

About a month ago, just before Thanksgiving, a film crew stopped by the oyster farm where I work to shoot some footage for a documentary about the environmental benefits of farming oysters. Somewhere in the course of things, the film’s writer and director, Sam Sheline, heard some of my guitar pickin’ and songs and asked if I’d be interested in recording some tunes to be used as the soundtrack for his documentary. I was more than happy to oblige and this weekend Mr. Sheline has unveiled a quite excellent documentary about oysters and their contributions to a healthy ecosystem. The documentary also features a number of original songs and melodic improvisations by myself which have been incorporated into the film with the utmost care and attention. So, without further ado, here is Mr. Sheline’s documentary, “Add One Back“. I hope y’all enjoy!

P.S. I would sooner see the world burn in an apocalyptic global warming catastrophe then give up enjoying a bloody medium rare filet mignon, but hey, that’s just me 😉
